Ive recently stayed in a Riu Hotel and decided to download the app. However it doesnt work. I cant get to access any info as it keeps trying to open but nothing happens. I hope this bug can be fixed soon.
Endlich RIU als App. Alles drin, klappt problemlos. I want to go to RIU.
Under the RIU class it is all Spanish I need it to be English. Please fix
Language options needs urgent review. Having set desired language in the class section it still insists on not using that language English but what I assume to be Italian which I can not understand. Please review and amend app.
The app is basically a good app to be able to schedule or book rooms however even though I have English selected as the language there are screens that are in Spanish. I can figure out what they are menu items for but it just seems like the entire app menu would want to be in English if selected. Could easily be a 4* if corrected
